Refund & Returns Policy

At Fresh Essential, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used personal care products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at info@essential.in within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID, product details & clear images/video of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days

If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping cost will be borne by Fresh Essential

  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping will be borne by the customer

  • Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted


5. Replacement Policy

  • Approved products may be replaced with the same item (subject to stock availability)

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated

  • Replacement processing time: 5–7 business days


6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned product

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days


8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Inform our customer support immediately
