At Fresh Essential, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
⚠️ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used personal care products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement:
Email us at info@essential.in within 48 hours of delivery
Share your Order ID, product details & clear images/video of the issue
Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days
If approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), return shipping cost will be borne by Fresh Essential
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping will be borne by the customer
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted
5. Replacement Policy
Approved products may be replaced with the same item (subject to stock availability)
If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
Replacement processing time: 5–7 business days
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned product
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
8. Damaged Package at Delivery
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:
Do not accept the delivery
Inform our customer support immediately
